We would love to welcome a passionate Director of Recruitment to recruit top talent for our team. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing our company s hiring. We are looking to build a team of positive, motivated, and creative people. You will be responsible for creating, updating and running the full cycle recruiting process. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to employees and understanding the needs of the team.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Recruiting: Build out a strong recruitment funnel by identifying relevant channels, developing strong processes and working collaboratively directly with the founders. - Performance Management: Strengthen systems to manage performance and support the growth of employees throughout the year by adopting best-in-class practices to the company s requirements. - Team Building: Mentor and grow the HR team in the company. - Analytics: Keep track of and work to improve recruiting metrics.- Applicant sourcing: Implement new sourcing methods to increase our applicant funnel size.- Branding: Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.- Networking: Build the company s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:- A deep understanding of how to run a high quality, full cycle recruiting process.- Strong knowledge of how an hourly workforce operates.- Desire to hire, build and retain a team.- Bachelor s Degree with ?5+ years of relevant experience.- A desire to hire the best constantly working toward company goals with a strong sense of urgency.- Excellent organizational, writing and communication (both verbal and via data visualizations) skills.- Extremely personable and approachable; ability to connect with all levels of the organization.- Ability to handle multiple requests with a high level of urgency.- Impeccable process skills with the ability to establish/meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.-The ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
