Reporting To:Reporting To Heads of Operations (CEO and President)Working Hours:Regular Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (local time) 5 days per week. Weekend, Evening & Holiday Hours - Manager will provide escalation coverage during after hours. to service the local team and our guest's Comply with all requirements in accordance with operation Management ManualGeneralRespond in a timely manner to all guest request and problems.Ensure all issues are accurately reported and tracking in CRMWeekly management and planning meeting for each bookingGuest PlanningImmediately upon booking email and contact clientUpdate clients profile based on all feedbackDesign and confirm the guest itineraryNegotiate the best deal for company and clientOrganize all guest service quotes and quotes for adminGuest StaySchedule and coordinate all vendors and staff working on each bookingManage final house preparationManage all team and guest communications throughout the staylog all the daily activity of the clientProvide a daily report on issues and satisfactionEnsure all guest bills and vendor expenses entered on a timely basis
Required- Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail- Strong ability to manage guest services and our teams - Display computer literacy and be familiar with MS Office- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Organization skill
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree- Must be able to perform data entry and computer entry tasks- Capacity to learn extensive training material and apply daily on the job- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work flexible schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and possess professional telephone etiquettePreferred Qualifications- 4-year degree- 2+ years in the hospitality industry- Effective time management skills- Career-minded attitude and desire to grow with the company- Experience communicating and team management- Some vacation rental experience and knowledge
